The Sanctuary At Ole - Ntile

The Sanctuary at Ol Lentille – Laikipia hotels

The Sanctuary at Ol Lentille takes the meaning of a luxury holiday in Kenya to new levels.

The boutique luxury holiday destination is set in 20,000 acres of private Wildlife Conservancy, 75 miles north of Mount Kenya. You get your own private house and safari car, with a Butler, Valet, and Maasai Guide to cater to your every need. An international Chef creates fine cuisine.

As well as being a luxury holiday destination in Kenya, this is also one of the foremost community-based conservation tourism properties on the continent, so “having fun, doing good” takes on new meaning too.

Tailor your vacation in Kenya to you. Choose from our extensive range of activities, or do nothing, in inspiring surroundings:

Of course, a luxury safari means it should be relaxing. Wind down in the Spa with luxury treatments and organic products, take game drives or walks day or night, chill out by the pool for your whole vacation or play croquet and boules in the lodge grounds.

Venture out with your guide on mountain bikes, quad bikes, camels on horseback, for as long as you like during your vacation. Horse or camel rides can be arranged for short treks, or if you want to bring some variety to your luxury holiday in Kenya, longer treks can be sorted out with overnight fly camping. For those who enjoy an even more active vacation, try our parcours jogging trail or rock climbing.

Close community participation is the cornerstone of the Lentille project. If you want you can put yourself to good work on your vacation, helping on conservation or in our community projects. You will be able to learn about the traditional and contemporary Maasai way of life and the challenges faced by groups in such a remote area.
